The problem
Many B2B customers already prepare orders in spreadsheets, ERP exports or copied product lists. Standard WooCommerce browsing becomes slow and error-prone when an order contains dozens or hundreds of lines.
Upload a spreadsheet or paste product codes, match every row against the catalogue, resolve issues and add only confirmed items to the native WooCommerce cart.
Follow the same imported rows through catalogue matching, WooCommerce validation, issue resolution and the reviewed cart. Demo values illustrate the interface—not customer activity.

Many B2B customers already prepare orders in spreadsheets, ERP exports or copied product lists. Standard WooCommerce browsing becomes slow and error-prone when an order contains dozens or hundreds of lines.
Grosik reads that order data, matches catalogue identifiers, recalculates stock and quantity rules, and keeps every problem visible before cart.
The customer reaches a reviewed native WooCommerce cart with fewer repetitive steps. Checkout remains separate and under the customer’s control.
Use XLSX, CSV, TSV or TXT, paste an order list, or enter a product manually.
Resolve rows against WooCommerce SKU and GTIN-family identifiers.
Recheck stock, minimum quantities, pack-size increments and unavailable products.
Search the permitted catalogue, replace unmatched products and review adjustments.
Send only confirmed items to the native cart. Grosik never places the order automatically.
A blank two-column XLSX template is available inside the plugin. Files are limited to 5 MB and legacy XLS is not supported.
XLSX, CSV, TSV or TXT
Rows copied from email, sheets or ERP exports.
Product code and whole-unit quantity.
Free resolves WooCommerce SKU plus GTIN, UPC, EAN and ISBN identifiers. It also recovers identifiers that spreadsheets converted to scientific notation. Pro can add customer-specific codes shared by a company account.
Every matched row is checked against current availability and quantity rules. Adjusted, ready and needs-attention states explain what can continue and what still needs a decision.
When a code cannot be matched, the customer searches the products available to their account, selects the correct WooCommerce product and continues. Unavailable or unresolved rows must be explicitly reviewed before exclusion. Grosik does not silently push them into cart.
Process repeat and bulk order sheets without retyping every line.
Turn customer product-code lists into WooCommerce carts.
Give dealers a clearer self-service ordering workflow.
Keep people in control while reducing manual order entry.
Upload files, paste lists or enter rows manually. Match SKU and GTIN-family identifiers, validate stock and quantity rules, and replace unmatched products before cart.
Adds customer product codes, company accounts, saved orders, product suggestions, a customer order catalogue, per-customer language and advanced diagnostics.

Free matches WooCommerce SKU and GTIN-family identifiers. Pro adds customer-specific product codes shared by a company.
The row stays in Needs attention. The customer can search the products available to their account and select the correct item, or explicitly review and exclude the unresolved row.
The requested quantity is reduced to what is currently available and the change is explained on the review screen before the cart is touched.
No. The reviewed rows are sent to the native WooCommerce cart; checkout remains a separate step.
No. The importer does not replace WooCommerce pricing, roles or discount logic.
