Free resolves WooCommerce SKU plus GTIN, UPC, EAN and ISBN identifiers. It also recovers identifiers that spreadsheets converted to scientific notation. Pro can add customer-specific codes shared by a company account.

Every matched row is checked against current availability and quantity rules. Adjusted, ready and needs-attention states explain what can continue and what still needs a decision.

Resolving problematic rows

A bad row becomes a visible decision.

When a code cannot be matched, the customer searches the products available to their account, selects the correct WooCommerce product and continues. Unavailable or unresolved rows must be explicitly reviewed before exclusion. Grosik does not silently push them into cart.

Which file formats are supported?+

XLSX, CSV, TSV and TXT files are supported, together with pasted lists and manual product entry.

How are products matched?+

Free matches WooCommerce SKU and GTIN-family identifiers. Pro adds customer-specific product codes shared by a company.

What happens when a code cannot be matched?+

The row stays in Needs attention. The customer can search the products available to their account and select the correct item, or explicitly review and exclude the unresolved row.

What happens when requested stock is unavailable?+

The requested quantity is reduced to what is currently available and the change is explained on the review screen before the cart is touched.

Does adding to cart place an order?+

No. The reviewed rows are sent to the native WooCommerce cart; checkout remains a separate step.

Does Grosik change prices or discounts?+

No. The importer does not replace WooCommerce pricing, roles or discount logic.
